Individual Therapy

Do you struggle in your relationships? What could it be like to intentionally cultivate a relationship where you are always seen and valued? With the right fit, that’s what happens in therapy. I will accept you exactly as you are, while making space for the person you are growing into - with compassion, warmth, and sometimes even humor. All of your emotions are welcome in our exploration - even the ones you judge yourself for.
You deserve to feel love and belonging.
As your therapist, I will invite you into a deeper and more rewarding relationship with yourself. Therapy looks different for everyone. We will work together to collaboratively discover what therapy looks like for you. You know yourself better than I ever will.
“IF I ACCEPT YOU AS YOU ARE, I WILL MAKE YOU WORSE; HOWEVER, IF I TREAT YOU AS THOUGH YOU ARE WHAT YOU ARE CAPABLE OF BECOMING, I HELP YOU BECOME THAT.”
― JOHANN WOLFGANG VON GOETHE
Relationship Therapy

If you are like many people in intimate relationships, by the time you decide to see a therapist, you are feeling hopeless—like there’s no way both (or all) of you can get your needs met. You want to connect with your partner(s). You want to stop spinning your wheels. You want to remember what you cherish about each other.
I will help you learn to slow down - to listen to, see, and feel each other with curiosity, respect and a willingness to be surprised. With couples and partners in all kinds of relationships, I support you to communicate more effectively, and see the best in one another.
“In connecting with ourselves, we can form connections with others.”
-Virginia Satir
Fees

My fee is $220 for a 50-minute weekly session. I do not work with new clients on a less frequent basis than once per week.
With relationship partners, I may recommend longer sessions, which are pro-rated based on my hourly fee — most commonly that’s $330 for a 75-minute couples/ partners session.
I believe that psychotherapy should be accessible, so I keep several sliding scale spaces. Please ask.
You can pay using cash or checks at the start of our in person session. For remote sessions, I accept Venmo (set to private), and Zelle. I do not bill insurance companies directly, as I am considered an “out-of-network provider.” I am happy to provide you with a statement monthly or upon request.
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
You are entitled to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” detailing the anticipated costs of your medical and mental health treatments. As per regulations, healthcare providers are obligated to furnish uninsured patients or those not utilizing insurance with an estimate of charges for medical services, including psychotherapy. You have the privilege to request a Good Faith Estimate for the complete projected expenses of any non-emergency healthcare, encompassing psychotherapy, from your chosen healthcare provider or any alternative provider prior to scheduling a service. Should you encounter a bill exceeding your Good Faith Estimate by at least $400, you retain the right to contest it. It’s advisable to retain a copy or snapshot of your Good Faith Estimate for reference. For questions or details regarding your entitlement to a Good Faith Estimate, please visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
