It takes courage to shine light on the parts of you that want to be seen—this may include (but not be limited to): relationships, sexuality and intimacy; grief, loss and loneliness; identity; anxiety, ADHD, neurodivergence. With a spirit of play and creativity, I will encourage you to engage your sense of wonder, so we can identify and build upon your unique strengths. Therapy with me is a collaborative process - we find out together what your therapeutic process looks like.
Words can be hard to access at times. In addition to talking, we may also use visual and movement arts, sand tray, writing, ritual, and body awareness, as we explore what it means to be you.
I welcome people of all abilities, sizes, genders, races, national origins, spiritual backgrounds, and relationship styles—anywhere along the gender and sexuality spectrum, from teens to elders. My practice is grounded in cultural sensitivity and an anti-oppression lens. I have deep experience working with CNM/polyamorous folks, the kink/BDSM community, and sex workers, and offer care that’s affirming, informed, and nonjudgmental. I also love working with fellow therapists.
I am happy to provide a free 20-minute phone consultation to learn more about how I can help.
